Charles Voegele Holding is an independent apparel retail chain offering men's, women's and children's clothing based in Switzerland. The Company's product range comprises fashionable outer clothing for ladies, gentlemen and children. Ladies fashion represents half of the Company's sales. All of the Company's branches in all countries offer the core product range. Depending on the location and size of a branch, the basic product range is complemented with additional product modules to meet customers' individual demands as far as possible. As of Dec. 31. 2011, the Company operates 817 stores in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Slovenia, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
