Business Summary

Fly Leasing is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in acquiring, financing, leasing and selling commercial jet aircraft and other aviation assets. The Company's aircraft are leased under long-term to medium term contracts to a group of airlines throughout the world. As of Dec 31 2010, the Company's aircraft portfolio consisted of 59 commercial jet aircraft with 55 narrow-body passenger aircraft (including two freighters) and 4 wide-body passenger aircraft.
