Business Summary

Oz Minerals is an Australian based mining and exploration company that owns 100% of the Prominent Hill copper-gold mine in South Australia. The project commenced production in early 2009 and is expected to reach full capacity towards the end of 2009. Exploration is centered around the existing project and in the significant tenement package in South Australia. Co. also has an early stage gold exploration program in Cambodia. Co. owns an interest in uranium developer and explorer Nova Energy and, post the sale of the majority of its other assets to China Minmetals in mid 2009, retains a significant cash balance.
