Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in the manufacture and trading of electric power equipment products, including power tools and power tool accessories, outdoor power equipment, floor care, household electronic and electrical products, plastic parts, and metallic parts; provision of inspection services; and assembly, procurement and distribution of floor care products. The Company's product brands include Milwaukee®, AEG®, Ryobi®, Homelite®, Hoover®, Dirt Devil® and Vax®. The Company operates two business divisions: Power Equipment and Floor Care Appliance Divisions.
